In late 2019, I conceived a strategic initiative to orchestrate a resident bracket challenge coinciding with the esteemed annual college basketball tournament in March. This innovative endeavor aimed to engage residents across our diverse properties in friendly competition. Leveraging a multifaceted promotional approach, I meticulously crafted logos inspired by the tournament's locale each year, orchestrated targeted email campaigns, crafted visually compelling flyers, maintained an active social media presence, and distributed promotional bookmarks. The resounding success of these efforts was evidenced by the enthusiastic participation of over 3,000 residents in the challenge.
